MEDITATION TOPIC: EMPOWERMENT- EMBRACING YOUR POWER

Join us for relaxing evening of meditation and inner growth. No previous meditation training required. Some classes will use a deeper form of meditation (hypno-meditation). From 6:30 to 7:00, we will cover general topic information. The meditation will begin at 7:00. Jenny will provide channeling and assistance for interpreting the messages received in meditation in a group setting after the meditation for those who want to share and receive insight. Class fee is $25 in person or $20 via zoom. The zoom link will be sent prior to class.
